Universal Life Force Energy (ULFE) and Energy Healing -  What is that all about?

ULFE is multifaceted and deeply rooted in various spiritual traditions, philosophies and scientific thoughts worldwide.  It is not just an idea but a living breath with a palpable force that invigorates our existence.  It is also known as Chi, Qi, Prana, Ki as well as many others: an all-encompassing ever-flowing current of vital energy that gives life to all things and binds all together.  Nurturing and enhancing this life-giving force can lead to not just physical well-being, but mental, emotional and spiritual growth as well.  This is the basis of what we know today as REIKI. 

There are many ways to tap into the use of this flow of ULFE including eating a diet of foods in their natural states, meditation, yoga, Reiki and other forms of energy healing, spiritual practices, creating sacred spaces, attending energy gatherings, restful sleep cycles, a positive attitude and purifying oneself of negative energy.  We can actively engage with it through living an intentional life, using visualization and breathing techniques, and immersing ourselves in nature.

In my role as an Energy practitioner, I am continuously in awe of the transformative power of ULFE.  Reiki not only benefits the client I am working with in, many times, miracuIous ways, but also brings the powerful healing energy through me in waves of warmth, tingling and a deep sense of tranquility to assist in my own healing and growth as I assist others to heal.  As I give the energy, I also receive.  And it is always there for us to use.

Reiki provides a beautiful framework for healing body, mind and spirit and adapts well with many other types of energy healing modalities such as grounding, aura cleansing, chakra balancing, cord releases, light body healing, quantum healing and others.  My clients may receive one or all of these during our session if their energy indicates they are necessary for a deeper healing. 

Although Reiki has no affiliations with religion, my sessions may also include working with spiritual beings, (IE: Angels, Archangels, Saints), to enhance your session.  However, your permission is required first and foremost in honoring your value system. 

As a Reiki practitioner and teacher, the phrase I so often hear from clients and students is,  “Reiki has changed my life”.  I, myself, can say the same thing.  Whether you only desire a session to experience Reiki or you want to learn it for yourself, let Reiki change your life.  Sessions and classes can be attended in-person, at a distance or online.
